Description
TFPT0805L2201JM Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into 0805 (2012 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. The PTC thermistors could supply 40V voltage when it operates. The thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating should be 100mW. Nominally, this thermistor can supply 40V voltage when it works.
