Description
TFPT0805L1000KM Overview
A 0805 (2012 Metric) package is used to protect PTC thermistors. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. A minimum operating temperature of -55°C should be set for the PTC thermistors. It is important that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 150°C. There should be no overheating when the thermistor's maximum capacity is 100mW.
