Description
The STSTCD1020, STCD1030, and STCD1040 are multichannel clock distribution circuits with 2, 3, or 4 outputs, respectively. They feature a singleended sine wave or square wave clock input and output, and individual clock enable for each output. These circuits offer lower fanout on the clock source, eliminate the need for an AC coupling capacitor at the input, and provide ultralow phase noise and standby current. They operate with a supply voltage of 2.5 V to 3.6 V and have a typical load driving capability of 10 pF. The devices are available in TDFN packages with 8, 10, or 12 leads and operate over a temperature range of 40 °C to 85 °C.
