SN75C1154NSR Overview
This LED driver IC features an enhanced 20-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package for driving common LEDs.The receiver is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.As a Transceiver can transceiver, this part has enabled many applications to be served.This wide receiver can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 4.5V~15V for power supply.There can be up to 4/4 eligible receivers/drivers on the field at the same time with this electronic part.IC receiver has been designed primarily for applications operating at 0°C~70°C.With a supply voltage range of 5V, this line driver ic operates efficiently.20 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.It is packaged with 20 pinouts that are market standard for this particular transceiver.The base part number 75C1154 identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., so you can search for more variants by using it.A 20-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.It is typical for this receiver to have a resolution of 4 bits when it is specified.Line Driver or Receivers is a subcategory of this rf transceiver module.The driver IC in this product is designed so that it can be powered by 5 -5/ -12V.The integrator circuit is embedded with 4 drivers.It is recommended that the line driver ic's operating temperature be kept above -12V.
