SN74LS624DG4 Overview
Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 14 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. Clock PLL is equipped with 14 pin count. Clock generator is designed with 14 pins. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C. The supply voltage should be maintained at 5V for high efficiency. This clock generator belongs to the family of LS. Clock generator operates with the maximal supply voltage of 5.25V. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 4.75V. The logic IC PLL clock adopts is LOGIC CIRCUIT. It is able to realize high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 25MHz. The supply current of 20mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
