Description
The SG6203 is a synchronous rectifier controller designed for flyback converters. It eliminates the need for an additional transformer winding by obtaining the synchronous signal from the primary switch through a single diode. The SG6203 prevents "shoot-through" and "cross conduction" in continuous conduction mode (CCM) and reverse energy flow in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM).
