Description
The PM8834 is a dual low-side MOSFET driver designed for high-frequency applications. It features independent enable pins for each output, allowing for flexible control of MOSFETs and IGBTs. The driver outputs can be paralleled to increase driving capability. The PM8834 is compatible with CMOS/TTL input signals and has a wide input supply voltage range of 5 V to 18 V.
