Description
ODD-900-002 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Digi-Reel®. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in SMD/SMT packages for safety purposes. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 170V continuously. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 85°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -25°C. A photodiode conducts 5nA current without light input.
