NC7SZ125P5X Overview
Logical driver uses a neat 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 package. Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 1.65V~5.5V. Qualified to operate within -40°C~85°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 32mA 32mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). All of the 1 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the 7SZ series devices. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. The NC7SZ125 is a single buffer with 3-STATE output from Fairchild's Ultra High Speed Series of Tiny Logic c^. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra high speed with high output drive while main-taining low static power dissipation over a very broad V CCoperating range. The device is specified to operate over the 1.65V to 5.5V range. The inputs and output are high impedance above ground when V CC is 0V. Inputs tolerate voltages up to 6V indepen-dent of V CC operating voltage. The output tolerates volt-ages above V CC when in the 3-STATE condition.
