Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 0.9V~3.6V. Qualified to operate within -40°C~85°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 2.6mA 2.6mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). Digital buffer is one of the 7SP series devices. 6 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 1.2V. The NC7SP125, for lower drive requirements, is uniquely designed for optimized power and speed, and is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve best in class speed operation while maintaining extremely low CMOS power dissipation.
