Description
NB650HGL-P Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 17-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 150kHz~1MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. As a result of the 6A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. 22.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. As a general rule, this voltage regulator 12v should keep its output voltage at least at 600mV. The maximum output voltage of 13V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate. An output voltage of 13V is provided by this regulator voltage. Stable operation of switching regulator is ensured by the high maximum operating temperature 125°C. Ensures reliability by operating at aDC DC switching regulator's minimum temperature of -40°C. With a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V, DC DC switching regulator can support a wide range of applications. Designed to sustain a maximum voltage of 22.5V for DC-DC switching regulators.
