Description
NB634EL-LF-P Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 14-VFDFN Exposed Pad package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -20°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 500kHz switching frequencies. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.8V. Featuring a 5A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 24V. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 14 pins are required. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 800mV volts at all times. Accordingly, dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum output current is 5A A. By using 21.6V as the maximum output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator is easy to operate. A maximum voltage of 21.6V can be obtained from the regulator voltage. Switching regulators such as this operate from voltages of 24V. In order to ensure switching regulator's stable operation, the maximum operating temperature 85°C is set at a high level. For reliable operation, switching regulator operates at -20°C degrees Celsius. The dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage must be at least 4.5V in order to work. At its maximum, this DC-DC switching regulator can sustain a 24V input voltage.
