optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 13-VFQFN package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz~1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.611V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 8A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 18V for this voltage regulator 12v. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 611mV volts. By using the 13V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. With a maximum output voltage of 13V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. This voltage regulator allows stable operation due to its high maximum operating temperature 125°C. Reliability is ensured at minimum DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures of -40°C.
