Description
MP20048DJ-LF-Z Overview
In the case of Tube cases, the regulater IC is delivered. Packaging of the Liner regulator IC takes the form of a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 case. The PMIC chip has 5 terminations.
