In order to prevent damage to the linear position measurement sensors, they are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. Electronic components are packaged in Bulk. For normal operation, set the minimum operating temperature to -40°C. It is, however, not possible for angle position measuring sensors to operate above 150°C.
