Description
The MIC5330 is a dual ultra-low dropout (ULDO) linear regulator designed for portable electronics. It features high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) and ultra-low output noise. The MIC5330 integrates two 300mA ULDOs into a 2mm x 2mm leadless MLF package, providing exceptional thermal characteristics.
The MIC5330 is a Cap design, enabling operation with small ceramic output capacitors for stability. This reduces board space and component cost. Its low dropout voltage, high PSRR, and thermal package characteristics make it suitable for powering RF/noise-sensitive circuitry, camera modules, imaging sensors, PDAs, MP3 players, and webcams.
