Description
The MIC5283 is a high-performance linear regulator with an ultra-wide input voltage range of 6V to 120V DC. It provides an output current of up to 150mA and features an ultra-low quiescent current of 8μA. The MIC5283 offers high accuracy with ±3% initial accuracy, extremely high power supply rejection ratio (75dB at 10kHz), and ultra-high line rejection. It is optimized for high-voltage line transients, making it suitable for harsh environments.
