Description
The MIC5225 is a 150mA low dropout regulator with high input voltage and ultra-low ground current. It is stable with either ceramic or tantalum output capacitors and requires only a 2.2uF capacitor for stability. Features include enable input, thermal shutdown, current limit, reverse battery protection, and reverse leakage protection.
