MIC23163YMT-TR Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. There is a 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 4MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.7V. Featuring a 2A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family MIC23163. There are 10 pins used for switching regulator operation. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 700mV at the very least. A maximum output current of 2A A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements.
