Overview
Description
The MAX6325/MAX6341/MAX6350 are low-noise, precision voltage references with extremely low temperature coefficients (0.5ppm/°C) and excellent initial accuracy ( 0.02%). They utilize buried-zener technology for optimal noise performance and guarantee load regulation for source and sink currents up to 15mA. Their excellent line and load regulation, along with low output impedance at high frequencies, make them suitable for high-resolution data conversion systems up to 16 bits. The MAX6325 provides a 2.5V output, the MAX6341 provides a 4.096V output, and the MAX6350 provides a 5V output. All three offer options for external trimming and noise reduction.
