The Surface Mount technology, also known as SMT, has become the standard for electronic assembly due to its compact size and high reliability. One such example is the MAX4666, a CMOS device published in 1999. It boasts an impressive operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C TA, making it suitable for use in various environments. The terminal pitch of 1.27mm allows for easy integration onto circuit boards. Additionally, with a reflow temperature-max of 30 seconds, the MAX4666 can withstand high temperatures during the assembly process. Its voltage supply ranges from 4.5V to 36V for single supply and ±4.5V to ±20V for dual supply, providing flexibility for different applications. Furthermore, the channel-to-channel matching of 200mΩ and switch-on time-max of 275ns ensure accurate and efficient performance.
