Description
The MAX1300/MAX1301 are multirange, low-power, 16-bit, successive-approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that operate from a single 5V supply and achieve throughput rates up to 115ksps. They feature software-programmable input ranges for each channel, including single-ended and differential options. The MAX1300 provides eight single-ended or four true differential analog input channels, while the MAX1301 provides four single-ended or two true differential analog input channels. Both devices have ±16.5V overvoltage tolerant inputs and can accept an internal or external reference voltage.
