The MAX11254 is a 6-channel, 24-bit delta-sigma ADC that offers exceptional performance with low power consumption. It supports sample rates up to 64ksps for precise DC measurements and communicates via a SPI serial interface. The device is available in a compact 5mm x 5mm TQFN package.
