A breakdown voltage of 22V should not be used for analog input domain voltages.A capacitor's capacitance ratio, or ability to store electric charge, is 10.There is no diode cap tolerance on this device.The diode can deliver a capacitance of 10pF.-65°C~150°C TJ is the recommended operating temperature range.As an added benefit, the 2-SMD package is space-saving.By dissipating the maximum amount of power, the chip is able to conduct power loss without overheating.In order for conversion results to be accurate, the peak reverse voltage must be within 22V.
