Description
MA46H201-1056 Overview
It is not recommended that analog input domain voltages be set to a minimum breakdown voltage of 22V.In capacitors, capacitance is the amount of energy stored by them, and their capacitance ratio is 4.1.A 10% diode cap tolerance is characterized by it.Diodes can deliver capacitances of 1pF.-65°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature range.As a result, saving space is possible with the 2-SMD package.With a maximum power dissipation of 1.6W, it is the best device for reducing power loss without overheating.When converting, it is essential that the peak reverse voltage is within 22V of the input voltage.
