Description
The LTC2315-12 is a 12-bit, 5Msps, serial sampling A/D converter that consumes only 6.4mA from a wide analog supply range of 2.7V to 5.25V. It features an integrated bandgap and reference buffer, providing a cost-effective, high-performance solution with minimal space requirements. The LTC2315-12 delivers exceptional AC performance, achieving 72.6dB SINAD and -84dB THD while sampling a 500kHz input frequency. Its high sample rate-to-power ratio makes it ideal for compact, low-power, high-speed systems. Additionally, the LTC2315-12 offers nap and sleep modes for optimizing power consumption within a system.
