Description
The LTC2281 is a dual 10-bit, 125Msps, low-power 3V analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for digitizing high-frequency, wide dynamic range signals. It is ideal for demanding imaging and communications applications, offering excellent AC performance with 61.6dB SNR and 88dB SFDR for signals at the Nyquist frequency. Typical DC specifications include 0.1LSB INL and ±0.1LSB DNL, with low transition noise of 0.08LSBRMS. The LTC2281 operates on a single 3V supply for low power consumption, while a separate output supply allows the outputs to drive logic levels from 0.5V to 3.6V.
