This op amp needs to be operated at a temperature of not less than -40°C degrees Celsius in order to function properly. You should not use op amp above 125°C degrees. A total of 4 elements are present in this linear amplifier. Regarding the voltage of the supply, this electrical part can work from a voltage as low as 11V, and this is an excellent feature.
