Description
The LT1461 is a series of micropower bandgap voltage references offering high accuracy, low drift, and low supply current. They utilize curvature compensation techniques for low temperature coefficient and precision thin-film resistors for high output accuracy. With a supply current of only 35μA, they are ideal for low-power and portable applications. Despite their low power consumption, they provide a high output drive of 50mA, making them suitable for higher power requirements. The LT1461 family has a low dropout voltage of less than 300mV, ensuring maximum battery life in low-power applications. They exhibit excellent line, load, and thermal regulation, minimizing system error budgets. The shutdown feature allows for switching full load currents and system power down. Thermal shutdown protects the device from overload conditions. The LT1461 is available in voltage options of 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V, 4.096V, and 5V.
