LT1009CZ#PBF Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Bulk external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.±0.2% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 2.5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "LT1009".It is suitable for 10mA input applications.Generally, 400μA is what its cathode current should be.A fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V is generated.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 2.505V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 2.495V less than 2.495V.It has REFERENCE VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED TO /-5% to better fulfill the purpose.
