The TSSOP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 2 circuits are implemented. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
