As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 48 terminations found in this file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1.296GHz maximum. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Approximately 3.45V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
