8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±2.2% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 36V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.LM431 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 37V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 37V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.44V.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.495V.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 36V regardless of external conditions.For the voltage reference ic to run, it must have 2.495V voltage at the very least.

The LM431 is a 3-terminal adjustable shunt regulator with guaranteed temperature stability over the entire temperature range of operation. It is now available in a chip sized package (4-Bump micro SMD) using National's micro SMD package technology. The output voltage may be set at any level greater than 2.5V (VREF) up to 36V merely by selecting two external resistors that act as a voltage divided network. Due to the sharp turn-on characteristics this device is an excellent replacement for many zener diode applications.
