LCMXO2-640HC-6MG132C Overview
A 132-LFBGA, CSPBGA package contains it, and it is available for download. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. There are 79 I/Os for better data transfer.
