Description
LC4064V-75T100C Overview
The Mount surface mount technology is widely used in the electronic industry for its compact size and efficient performance. One such example is the Programmable Type, which offers the convenience of In System Programming. This allows for easy reconfiguration of the device without the need for physical access. The device operates at a minimum supply voltage of 3V and has an operating supply current of 12mA. The Memory Type used in this device is EEPROM, providing non-volatile storage for critical data. With a fast propagation delay of only 7.5 ns, this device is suitable for high-speed applications. It also boasts a large number of 388 programmable I/O and 4 logic blocks (LABs). The voltage supply range for this device is 3V to 3.6V, providing a stable power source. However, it should be noted that this device does not have radiation hardening capabilities.
