ISL6612EIB-T Overview
The ISL6612 is a half-bridge driver with a package size of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad. The Supplier Device Package is 8-SOIC-EP and the Operating Temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. The driver requires a voltage supply of 10.8V to 13.2V and has a base part number of ISL6612. It features a driven configuration of Half-Bridge and uses N-Channel MOSFETs as the gate type.
