IR2131STR Overview
Infineon Technologies offers a highly efficient PMIC - Gate Drivers chip, perfect for powering a wide range of devices. This 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package contains 28 pins and utilizes BICMOS technology. With a voltage supply range of 10V~20V, this chip is able to handle a maximum output current of 500mA. It also features a DUAL terminal position and an output peak current limit of 0.5A. The logic voltage levels of this chip are set at 0.8V for VIL and 2.2V for VIH. With a compact width of 7.5mm, this chip is perfect for space-constrained applications. Please note that this product is currently Non-RoHS Compliant.
