Description
Description
This product features a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C TJ, making it suitable for use in various environments. It has 14 terminations and 1 function, as indicated by its JESD-30 Code of R-PDIP-T14. The input type is non-inverting and it has a rise/fall time of 80ns/40ns (typical).
