Description
The IDT49FCT805 is a noninverting buffer/clock driver built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. It consists of two independent output banks with 3state control, each driving five output buffers from a standard TTLcompatible input. The device features a "heartbeat" monitor for diagnostics and PLL driving, and offers low capacitance inputs, hysteresis, and railtorail output swing.
