HSDL-5400#011 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to ensure their safety. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 40V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 150mW. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 40V. Photodiodes are supposed to operate at 800mV voltage. The photodiodes provided 40V when reverse-biased. A photodiode occurs even at 1nA current without light input.
