Description
HSDL-5420 Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Flat Lead packages. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 40V. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 150mW heat. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 40V. For a photodiode to operate, a voltage of 800mV is required. It is possible for the photodiodes to supply 40V voltage when operated in reverse bias mode. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 1nA.
