EP5368QI Description
The EP5368QI is a synchronous buck converter that offers the smallest possible solution size by integrating an inductor, a PWM controller, MOSFETS, and compensation. Only two tiny MLCC capacitors are needed to construct the EP5368QI. Designing with an integrated inductor is much simpler, noise is contained, there are fewer parts, and the solution footprint is less. Low output ripple assures RF system compatibility. This unparalleled level of integration and tiny external components are made possible by the EP5368QI's 4 MHz switching frequency. Wide control loop bandwidth and strong noise immunity are provided by Type III voltage mode control. The appliance can source up to 700mA of current at commercial temperatures and 600mA at industrial temperatures.
