Description
The EL7155 is a high-performance pin driver with 3-state functionality, designed for ATE and level-shifting applications. It features a 3.5A peak drive capability, making it suitable for driving high capacitance loads. The output pins (OUT and OUTд) are connected to input pins (V and V-) based on the IN pin status. One output pin is always in tri-state mode, except when the OE pin is low, in which case both outputs enter tri-state mode. The isolation of the output FETs from the power supplies allows for independent setting of V and V-, enabling level-shifting implementation.
