An excellent driver IC for common LEDs thanks to its enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this receiver.This Driver can transceiver is a versatile part that has enabled many solutions to serve a variety of purposes.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this wide receiver.Power supply requirements for this differential driver are 4.75V~5.25V.At any one time, this electronic part can have up to 2/0 eligible receivers/drivers.As its name implies, this ic receiver is designed for applications where 0°C~70°C is the operating temperature.An operating voltage range of 5V is suitable for this line driver ic.This wide receiver has 8 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.There are 8 pinouts available on this transceiver which are market standard.Since the part number DS9638 represents the product type, temperature, package, etc., you can try searching with that number to find more variants.The driver IC has improved power dissipation control.Its package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and utilizing high-density Surface Mount mounting techniques.There is a 5V input voltage supply that can be used to operate this transceiver module.An 8-pin power supply is provided by this driver IC, which allows it to operate from an 5V-pin power supply.On the integrator circuit, there are 2 drivers embedded.
