DS90C387VJD Overview
Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced 100-TQFP package.There is a Tray package for this receiver.The Driver can transceiver type enables this part to be used in a wide range of applications.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this wide receiver.A differential driver like this uses 3V~3.6V of power.The field can have up to 8/0 eligible receivers/drivers at once when using this electronic part.IC receiver's like this are designed for applications requiring a -10°C~70°C operating temperature.An output voltage range of 3.3V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.There are 100 terminations in this wide receiver so that signals can be driven from the data and received.The transceiver is packaged with 100 market standard pinouts so that it can be easily used.You can search with DS90C387 to get more variants of this part, since it identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc.100-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A combination of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting reduces the package size dramatically.There are two types of input voltage supply available for this IC, 3.3V.In addition to that, it contains 48 receivers as well.Embedded 8 drivers are included on the integrator circuit.It is important to supply enough input current to the VCC pin of the ic receiver, but not exceeding 210mA.
