Description
DS1100U-150 Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. The device is configured with 5 taps/steps. The terminals are placed at DUAL. The terminations are provided with 8 for a unique configuration. When operating, 5V receives a supply voltage. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology. Delay Lines provides all the benefits of its subcategory. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. It is acceptable to run it at the maximum voltage of 5.25V.
