DS1020S-50 Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. There are 256 taps and steps configured for it. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1020 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 16 terminations. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. It provides all of the advantages associated with the subcategory of Delay Lines. A minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable for its operation. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable for it to operate. It is provided with flexible power supplies to enable 5V to operate in a variety of conditions. A group of 16 pins has been arranged in its design.
