Description
DS1013M-15 Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. The 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. As a mounting technique, Through Hole has been used. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. 1 taps/steps are configured. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1013 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. There are two terminals at DUAL. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. It is acceptable for it to operate with the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable for it to operate. The compound is a key component of the CMOS family.
