DAP222TL Overview
As long as the forward voltage is set to 1.2V, the device will operate.The maximum output voltage can be set to 0.1A.A surge current should be monitored and should not exceed 4A.As long as the forward voltage is set to 300mA, the device will operate.Parts can be powered by currents of 100mA.Array has a capacArrayance of approximately 3.5pF farads.When reverse biased, its maximum reverse leakage current is 100nA, which is the current coming from that semiconductor device.Because of this device's primary action, array produces 150mW of heat (energy loss).A device that generates the greatest amount of 150mW heat (energy loss).
