Overview
Description
The CY62128BN is a high-performance CMOS static RAM organized as 128K words by 8 bits. It features easy memory expansion with active LOW Chip Enable (CE1), active HIGH Chip Enable (CE2), active LOW Output Enable (OE), and tri-state drivers. The device has an automatic power-down feature that reduces power consumption by more than 75% when deselected.
